I’m passionate about inclusion and equal opportunities for everyone. I’ve spent my career working with organisations that want to make the greatest social impact and latterly, with those trying to get the foundations of their organisations right, so that every employee has the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

Prior to setting up Spot The Gap, I worked as a senior leader for a number of organisations in the culture, sport and not for profit sectors including most recently as Director of Campaigns and Engagement for Women in Sport. My time at this national organisation really shaped what I do now through Spot The Gap.

I’ve been the “token woman” in the room, having worked in male dominated teams and sectors. I have lived experience of chronic illness and disability, and have been a family carer for a number of years. I’m also a non-parent living in a pro-natalist society.

I bring my core strengths of creativity, critical thinking and collaboration to all Spot The Gap projects. I draw upon a network of highly experienced and successful inclusion experts to support me with a variety of projects.

When not working, I am an avid culture vulture, tea-drinker and traveller. I have visited every continent (my last adventure took me to Argentina) and every major city in the UK with the exception of Sheffield, which I hope to remedy soon!
